What we do:

Skilled Nursing Care (RN/LVN Visits)
What it is: Nurse visits focused on specific clinical tasks and teaching.
What we do:

Wound care and dressing changes

Injections, IV/IM administration (as ordered), and medication reconciliation

Post-surgical care and recovery support

Chronic condition education (cardiac, respiratory, diabetes)

Catheter/ostomy changes and infection-control guidance

Best for: Short-term recovery or targeted clinical support without hourly shift care.
Nursing/Health Aide & Aide Care
What it is: Trained assistance with daily living to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
What we do:

Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and continence care

Safe transfers, mobility assistance, and fall-prevention routines

Meal prep, feeding assistance, hydration reminders

Light housekeeping, laundry, and home safety checks

Companionship and routine well-being check-ins

Best for: Day-to-day help that reduces caregiver strain and supports independent living.


In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)
What it is: Support that helps clients remain safely at home with assistance tailored to daily routines.
What we do:

Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS)
What it is: Services for eligible Texans that promote community living and independence.
What we do:

Personal assistance and skills support aligned to the care plan

Nursing tasks when ordered, plus health and safety oversight

Coordination with case managers, physicians, and family
